Google Inc in SA is accused of copyright infringement. According to a Beeld report, an application has been brought in the Pretoria High Court by Sport Leadership Innovations CC, which holds the registered trademark 'Googly', and wants the Internet giant to remove the Google trademark, including from the google.co.za domain name.
