Position: Executive, Legal Services

Description:
The incumbent will be accountable to provide professional and efficient legal service to Telkom Group, its business units and subsidiaries.
Key Outputs:
- Implementing Legal Services Strategy.
- Build Strategic Relationships with Relevant Stakeholders.
- Manage the Performance of the Legal Section.
- Provide Team Leadership.
- Legal Advice.
Requirements:
LLB. Admission as practicing Attorney or Advocate.
10 Years legal experience of which 3 years must be at a senior level.
Knowledge of Commercial, Competition, Corporate, Company and Property Law.
